Hi Reader,

I'm firing up my zoom and putting a few finishing touches on today's lesson.

It's not too late to join and experience the magic of breathwork. Today we're going to talk about our everyday breathing and how to make it work for us, our nervous systems, and creating safety and security in the body.

We'll do two practices, one to get us started and one to create safety in the body (this one is so powerful and calming).

I'd love to see you there.

Count down to 2024-01-24T20:00:00.000Z

PS This is the last opportunity to get Breath to Bloom at the Founding Member price ($97) with the ability to get a complete refund once you've completed the course.

I'm also excited to have a starting point to teach my little guys about goal setting and...

Hi Reader, I love bundles. I've been introduced to some amazing content creators, ideas, and resources from the bundles I've signed up for and the ones I've contributed to. The Joyful Mamas, Joyful Kiddos bundle is no different. Elizabeth, from Discovery Play with Littles (a great resource if you're looking for simple and engaging activities for little ones) put together this bundle to help time-starved mamas relieve stress, find time for themselves, and keep their little ones busy (just in...

Hi there Reader, A few months ago, we had quite a bit of drywall damage throughout the house. Slowly (vvvvvery slowly), I’m taping, priming, and finally painting. I’ve been chipping away at this project a few hours at a time while my kids are out of the house. In some ways, it’s meditative. The sound the brush makes, the look of the new paint, the ache in my arms as I reach the ceiling. In other ways, it's a forced mindfulness. I have a hard time paying attention to what I’m doing. When I...
